Third Party Service - internet services of partners, service providers or service or customers of the Administrator
Administrator - The Administrator - Partex Marking Systems (UK) Ltd., registered at the following address: 61 - 64 Station Road Coleshill
Birmingham, which provides services by electronic means via the Service and stores and accesses data on the User Devices
User - a natural person, to which the Administrator provides services by electronic means via the Service.
Device - an electronic device with software, via which the User accesses the Service
Cookies - text data gathered as files stored to the User Device
Internal Cookies - files stored on and read from the User Device by the ICT system of the Service
Third Party Cookies - files stored on and read from the User Device by the ITC systems of Third Party Services
Session Cookies - files stored on and read from the User Device by the Service or Third Party Services during a single session of the given Device. After the end of the sessions, files are deleted from the User Device.
Permanent Cookies - files stored on and read from the User Device by the Service or Third Party Services until manually deleted. Files are not deleted automatically after the end of the session of the Device, unless the configuration the User Device is set to delete Cookies after the end of the session of the Device.
Storage and reading mechanisms - Cookies storage and reading mechanisms do not enable downloading personal data or any other confidential information from the User Device. The transmission of viruses, trojan horses and other worms to the User Device is practically impossible.
